Bye Bye Chennai – Part 2

IIT Madras

Thinking about the days that I spent at IIT Madras trigger a nostalgic feeling in me. I need not comment on the faculty or the infrastructure of the institution. The world knows it.

But what I miss the most is the campus environment. I remember those Saturday mornings, with the birds and the deers for company, I used to walk on the dried leaves, singing songs I loved (Shaan’s Tanha Dil was always the first on the list that time. I wonder may be its because he walks on dried leaves). Oh, those were totally relaxing moments. Those were the days when I understood how important is it to relax and have a calm mind. I believe it gave me the energy for the entire week.

Another thing that I miss is the restaurant inside the campus. At evenings you can find couples enjoying a quiet candle light dinner. It always brought a smile to my face irrespective of my mood. (I am actually smiling as I am typing this J)

I will treasure these memories.
Bindhu!!
